Our weekend wellness retreats in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire are carefully curated with the busy professional in mind.

Here is an outline of what you can expect on one of our weekend retreats (3 day retreat example given below)

DAY 1 - FRIDAY

4pm arrival – Arrive and Settle In

 

5pm – The BusyBuddha Welcome with Anastasia Ttofis and our Team of Resident Experts

 

6pm - Yoga & Meditation 

 

7.30pm – Dinner 

 

9 pm – Rest & Relax

9.30am –  Yoga - Tips, Tools & Coaching Session with Ella Mesma

 

10.30am – 'Organisational Mindfulness' and Guided Meditation with Andrew McNeil

 

12pm – 1.30pm – Time for You 

 

1.30pm – Lunch 

 

3pm – Meditation – Tips, Tools & Coaching Session with Paul Hill

 

3.45pm –  Yoga

 

4pm – Time for You 

 

6pm – Restorative Yoga & Meditation 

 

7.30pm – Dinner 

 

9pm – Rest and Relax

10am - Guided Meditation and Functional Breathwork Workshop with Tracey Howes

We recognise that one of the primary reasons for attending a retreat is to enable some time for yourself.  

 

During our retreats there are many opportunities for you to take time out and choose what you would like to do. This experience is all about you, and getting exactly what you need. Whether that be sitting round the fire reading a book, taking a nap, going for a walk or taking a dip in the sea. It is entirely up to you.

 

As part of the BusyBuddha experience, we will also have some extra ‘you time’ experiences for you to choose: 

 

  • Onsite masseuse should you wish to get the ultimate relaxation experience. We will also offer pamper packs for you to take away and enjoy in your own time.

  • For those more experienced yogis, we can also offer a more advanced class during this relaxation time. 

​

  • Experience coaching with Becky Davis, Founder and Coach at Fantastic People.This bitesize experience of coaching, with the additional tools shared pre and post the session, will give you a great introduction to coaching Expect a safe, confidential and fun environment, expect to experience coaching, expect to do some work on yourself, expect to have time to think and expect to leave with a newfound awareness of your wellbeing.

  • Explore taster Hypnotherapy Sessions with Paul Hill, Founder and Owner of Repeat Performance and Everyday Hypnotherapy. Paul changed Anastasia's life, and it was as a result of this that The BusyBuddha was born.

At our retreats, you can do as little or as much as you like - the experience is created with you at the centre of everything we offer. And these added extras are all included in the price of your BusyBuddha experience.
